Here’s a glimpse into the journey our wood takes in the shop.

The process starts with rough sawn lumber, fresh from one of our local suppliers and full of natural character.

Each board is unique, with its own knots, grain, and story. After careful selection, the real work begins—flattening, planing, and jointing every piece to bring out that hidden beauty. It’s a hands-on transformation that turns rugged timber into perfectly flat and smooth boards, ready for glue-up and assembly in your future dining table.

It’s a tedious process, but one that’s worth every minute to create furniture that brings family and friends together around the table.
