Busy night dinner idea 💜

These Pork Asian Noodles are one of those “use what you have and get dinner on the table” meals.

Ramen noodles, pork, frozen veggies, and a sweet-savory sauce come together fast for a takeout-ish dinner without the drive-thru.

It has a little kick from the Crunchy Garlic Crisp, but you can easily use less if your family prefers things mild.

Leftover chicken turned into cozy comfort food 💜

Tonight’s dinner was Easy Chicken Alfredo using leftover chicken and my Deluxe Cooking Blender.

This one isn’t a 20-minute dinner — it takes about 45 minutes start to finish — but the sauce is mostly hands-off, and sometimes that is exactly the kind of dinner I need.

Plus, using leftovers helps stretch the grocery budget a little further and keeps food from going to waste.

Comfort food without heating up the whole kitchen? Yes please.
