Tomorrow I’m making Egg Roll in a Bowl, and while everything comes together in the skillet, my Deluxe Multi Cooker will be handling the rice for me.

🙋‍♀️ Or “everyone fend for themselves” night 😂

Tonight was a leftovers kind of night over here — and honestly, that counts as dinner. 😂

Because some weeks are definitely more about getting dinner DONE than making it impressive.

Flashback Friday 💜

October is my Pampered Chef anniversary month, and I was trying to remember the first Pampered Chef product I ever bought.

Listen… I can barely remember what I ate yesterday. ...11 years ago is asking a lot. 😂😁😂🤣

But after finding this photo from November 2015, I’m convinced the Deep Covered Baker was definitely one of my first and definitely my one of my favorites!

We’re celebrating 11 years this month! 🎉💜

I joined Pampered Chef in October 2015, and somehow here we are 11 years later.

This photo is from November 2015 — basically right at the beginning. 😂 Just me, a rice cooker, and absolutely no idea what this would eventually turn into.

Since then there have been a LOT of dinners, vendor events, parties, recipes, products, mistakes, laughs, and plenty of “well… let’s see if this works” moments.
