Before and After. The nitty gritty, behind the scenes, hot mess that is your favorite Pretzel Bites! (And this doesn’t show the floor, the dishwasher, and the other random places it ends up 😂 😝) Bake Day clean up is no joke. 🫶🏼 🥨

I never anticipated my little bakery shed becoming what it has. I truly thought I’d just make a few loaves of bread and a handful of treats and that’d be that. See, the industry I was in for the last 25 years imploded over the last year with the economy being what it has been, and I had decided to close down my business. It was costing me money to keep it going on the tiny off chance that things might turn around. That decision was terrifying because bills don’t just stop coming when times get hard. I’d decided to bake sourdough breads and treats to help bring in whatever I could while I figured out my next move. Less than a week later, you all figured it out for me. 🫶🏼 Your support, encouragement, and patronage have been such a huge blessing for me and my family. Even through our family’s hardship with illness, financial stresses and uncertainties, and life’s every day chaos I am still counting my blessings. And y’all are a big part of those! 🙌🏼 ♥️🫶🏼

All are spoken for!

I have a tub of cinnamon roll dough that I had decided not to roll out and bake yesterday due to all the craziness of the week. It’s enough for six of the 4 pack pans. If there are 6 of ya, or one wanting all of them 😂, I’ll go ahead and roll them out tonight and bake them up for you tomorrow. I’d rather not throw it away but also would prefer knowing they have a home before I get them all ready and baked. Leave a comment or shoot me a message if you want one!
