Starting to caramelize the onions for this Friday’s French Onion sourdough loaves!! Y’all’s feedback on these last week was out of this world and I couldn’t be happier! I started all of our onions for this year by seed last October in my living room!! Patience, hard work, and a bit of a green thumb paid off because they are phenomenal! (And I’ll be doing the same this October as well!)

And… I know it’s a bit early but I may drop the lineup for this Friday tonight!!

Y'all ready for tomorrow's lineup?! I've gotten so many request for bread, the shed theme is BREAD SHED this Friday and it's a doozy!! Rain or Shine, the shed will be stocked at 11am! And I'm already on round two of baking extra to have the shed open on Saturday as well! Here's what will be stocked:

This coming Friday there will be a suggestion/comment box added to the Homestead Shed! I would love to get your ideas on new items/flavors you'd like to see stocked, current items you'd like to see more of, and even items you'd like to see less of. Critiques and suggestions for improvement are always welcome and I would genuinely be grateful for feedback that makes our Homestead Shed even better! Be sure to put your name on your note (if you feel comfortable) because we will be drawing one name as a THANK YOU for helping me reach over 800 followers last week! SHED STOCK UPDATE!

Y’all showed out for the bread today and cleaned the shed slap out in under 3 hours!!! If you missed out on the breads today, there is a possibility that I’ll get a wild hair up my butt and bake more tonight to put out tomorrow. Check back for updates on that!

You also made a huge dent in the sweet treats, but there’s still more to be had!! The brief rain shower only caused one casualty and it was actually my fault. 😂 So my loss, your gain as a box of 6 Cinnamon Sugar Cookies is now ‘magically’ 8….for the price of 6.

There’s Chocolate Chunk Brownies, Banana Muffins/Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins, and some Sugar Cookies waiting in the shed for you along with a couple 4 packs of cinnamon rolls. Shed will be open till dark or gone! 😁

(PSA: Even if the shed is ‘closed’ you can always swing by for Black Raspberry Jelly and Tallow in the shed fridge!)

Sandwich Bread ~ Softer crust and a bit denser crumb make this great for any sandwich.

Classic Plain ~ No inclusions necessary with its crispy crust and fantastic, natural, sourdough flavor.

Three Cheese ~ Three different types of cheeses shredded, folded in, and baked to perfection.

Italian Garlic Herb ~ My personal favorite for grilled cheese sandwiches!! This loaf is seasoned with Minced Garlic, Oregano, Rosemary, Thyme, Sage, and Basil. 🤤

Jalapeño Cheddar ~ Flavored with fresh from our own garden jalapeños and sharp cheddar cheese. This one is guaranteed to have a kick!

Bacon Jalapeño Cheddar ~ Because why just stop at jalapeños and cheddar when bacon makes everything better!

3 Mini Flight~ Three mini loaves so you don’t have to choose just one. This Friday’s flight is Classic, Three Cheese, and Garlic Herb.

Chocolate Chip Cookies ~ The current fan cookie favorite! I’ve got them in packs of 2 and 6 for you tomorrow! (And no, you aren’t obligated to share if you get a 6 pack!)

Cinnamon Sugar Cookies ~ Soft and moist on the inside with just the right amount of white sugar, raw sugar, and cinnamon coating.

Chocolate Chunk Brownies ~ Two extra large double chocolate brownies so decadent that I guarantee you’ll not be able to finish them both in one sitting!

Chocolate Chunk Pretzel Brownies ~ If you like the above chocolate decadence with a savory, salty twist, these are the brownies for you!

Banana Crumble Muffins ~ When you want to pretend your desert is healthy, but still need to feed that sweet tooth!

Chocolate Chip Banana Crumble Muffins ~ The ‘healthy’ 😂 muffin mixed with mini chocolate chips and topped with sweet brown sugar crumble and chocolate chip topping.

Black Raspberry Jelly ~ It may not be sourdough but it’s soooo goooood and is homemade from our own black raspberries! Oh, and it’s seedless!
