After & Before — This main bathroom renovation transformed an outdated space into a serene, zen-inspired retreat. Guided by the client’s vision for a calm, spa-like feel, vertical tile was used to visually expand the room while offering a clean, low-maintenance finish. Thoughtful design choices, small in scale but impactful in result, created a space that feels refreshed, elevated, and calm. Client was thrilled!

After and Before - Continuing downstairs of this beautiful contemporary home, the boy’s room had outstanding elements but needed some tidying up.  So to Stage it properly, we cleaned up some things, moved the desk out to make room for centering the bed under the beautiful piece of art, and moved the side table to the opposite side of the bed.  Adding a simple black accent lamp and arranging the shelves helped too. We kept the stunning adjoining bath simple with white towels and black bath accessories.  All in all, these changes made a significant difference.

Continuing downstairs of this beautiful contemporary home, a picture wall of family black and white photos in the hallway is a perfect Segway into the bedrooms. Two of these are the two girls’ bedrooms, perfectly showing each girl’s personality.  In the Staging & Design of these rooms and their adjoining  ‘jack and jill’ bath, we removed their personal belongings, updated the pillows, and styled some shelves, keeping everything clean and simple as the house is.  A few essential accessories work, white towels are always a good idea in the bathroom, and a minimal appearance is always better in staging.  The house sold immediately!

A downstairs game room, family room…den, whatever you prefer to call it, should be fun.  This stunning contemporary home is also right off the pool and outside area.  So in the Staging & Design of this space, other than clearing out a lot of the little things, sports equipment, fishing poles, etc...why not also play off the ‘elephant in the room,’ the foosball table?  As we know, Cathy always feels like green is essential in design…as it always brightens a space. So simply adding in some custom green pillows also made the foosball table not stick out so much and brought the outside in.  Then to tie in the pool bath with these green towels and accessorize the shelves, overall, it came together beautifully.  Simple, yet effective, so all in all, a win-win!

The furnishings were minimal in the Staging and Designing of this stunning main bathroom.  When you walk into the room and see the tub with the incredible window above it, which one may think is a painting, you’re immediately drawn into spa heaven. Contemporary and minimalistic concrete bath accessories, white towels, a tub caddy to emphasize the beauty of this tub…and a touch of greenery is all that was needed. Off to the side, you enter a steam room, which is the pièce de résistance of the entire bathroom.  Just wow!

After and Before - In the Staging and Designing of this stunning main bedroom, between the picture windows showing the incredible view outside and the art on the wall, this room is a show stopper!  However, we felt like the furnishings in the room didn’t support either.  Adding some custom green pillows, along with the navy pillows they had, freshening the making of the bed, removing the massage table and workout pieces, and adding the throw at the end gave the space better balance and a fresh new feel.  Cathy has always said, “pillows are everything,”…and we certainly agree!  These subtle changes made a big difference.

After and Before - When you take on a Staging & Design project in a beautiful contemporary home like this, it’s inspiring. We started by changing out the living room chairs that were excessively worn and took pillows from other rooms to highlight the sofas.  Cathy removed the runner and added live moss and pebbles to the homeowner’s wooden vessel to brighten and bring an organic look to the dining table. Cathy created a similar look to the bowl on the coffee table. We cleaned up the clutter and minimized the accessories to highlight the counters for the kitchen and bar. So while the changes were subtle, they were warranted and made a big difference. Overall, it came out fantastic, the client was pleased, and the house sold immediately!

After and Before - Continuing with the Staging & Design of this incredible contemporary home, the rooftop deck was something to behold.  We just needed to brighten it up and bring the inside colors outside.  Unable to find the modern look of the pillows Cathy wanted, no problem!  She custom-painted them for this client to pull all the colors together, which was fabulous!  These pillows and a couple of custom succulent bowls flanking either side made this space much more inviting.  Who wouldn’t want to lounge on this rooftop? This property sold immediately!
