Made it to the first annual ! Didn’t take many pics but talked to a lot of ppl. Introduced to a new shop here in The O. Even had the chance to get a lil mini handwriting lesson from Roxanne in The Stationery Lounge.

Found a few items from my wish list but no pens from my wish list. Got my first case too! So, we’ll see what other treasures the day holds…

Someone important in my life is my son ❣️ I even let him pick my 🫟 color this month. This color is Bittersweet, from Diamine’s Inkvent Calendar. It’s fitting because it’s Bittersweet that he’s an active duty Marine and I’m forced to let him go & grow into the amazing young man he has become. But I am honored to be his Mama.

My cousin said since we’re pen besties we need a pen together. She just got the gold Hongdian M2. So I ordered the Lake Blue version. I ❤️ it! It has a metal body and is a pocket pen but feels good when posted. This little nib is so cute! Also had this ink that I hadn’t opened yet and been wanting to try. Great combo❣️

Soooo, I didn’t think I had made a pen purchase this year yet but I actually ordered this one on New Year’s Day. It’s a Jinhao 82. It writes really well for a value pen. I wanted a hot pink pen to go with my new hot pink ink: Roseate Spoonbill Pink by and I 🩷 this color!
