Why do i make Box Beams?

Our standard box beams are made from premium-milled boards carefully distressed by hand to create an authentic, raised-grain weathered texture. These are then assembled into seamless boxes and stained to create a lightweight and entirely unique barn beam with the same up-close look and feel to actual reclaimed solid beams.

Unlike the fake plastic, foam, or veneer reclaimed wood which use synthetic materials and molds, our product is entirely natural with no two beams alike.
