A new Logo AND Sign for Iron Horse Gutters, LLC, a fellow small business here in Jasper. I loved working with Dustyn! He has got a fantastic gutter business and does excellent work if you are in need or looking for someone.

I created a new logo for a sweet friend! This was fun to do and the second logo I’ve done in the last couple of weeks. ❤️

While doing a pedicure on my friend Karrie Perkins owner of Basilandbarleywoodco, I mentioned that I was stuck on trying to create a new logo design for the business. We talked about what I was trying to put together.

Later that night she sent over this design, which has become my new logo! I told her it was like she reached inside my head and was able to make it come to life! Thank you Karrie for this and I’m excited for the other ideas we are putting together coming soon! ❣️

What a week... and we're just getting started. 💙
The shop has been buzzing from morning to night, and I thought I'd share some of what's been happening behind the scenes.
Lately we've been:
✨ Building custom vendor displays (for fellow small businesses and for ourselves)
✨ Creating special customer orders
✨ Restocking some of our best sellers like our Chick-Cuterie boards, Solo Cup Holders, and other Etsy favorites that keep selling out
✨ Preparing for a new vendor market this Saturday
✨ Beginning our first larger custom project since moving to Georgia—a custom retail counter expansion for one of our clients
✨ Sneaking in some fall creations 🍂
✨ And yes... we've already started working on Christmas! 🎄
There are seasons where it feels like everything happens at once... and this is definitely one of them.
Many of you know us for our handcrafted home décor and entertaining pieces, but before moving to Georgia we also specialized in larger custom woodworking projects—from retail counters and displays to furniture, stair railings, and one-of-a-kind pieces for the home. It's exciting to be stepping back into that side of our business with this new client project while continuing to create the products you've come to know us for.
It makes for some long days (and a whole lot of sanding, staining, painting, flipping, and finishing!), but we're incredibly grateful for every order, every opportunity, and every person who chooses to support our little family business.
Thank you for cheering us on as we continue to grow. We can't wait to share more of what's been happening behind the scenes and to show you everything we've been creating.

To all my Facebook followers, I need a little help. I am looking for one of two things. 1. An influencer that has a strong following within the home decor/woodworking/up cycling platforms that would be interested in partnering with me to help boost my online presence. I would be offering an exchange of some custom woodworking items as a trade. Or 2. Somebody that is great with all social media, that would be interested in coaching me. I do OK with social media, but I don’t have the time to sit and learn it all, and learning it more fluently so to speak would help me move my business to the next level. Again, I can offer some custom woodworking in exchange for some mentoring or coaching, I am not looking for a professional business to do either one of these. I’m looking for somebody to “Barter” services so to speak. Are you either one of these people, or do you know somebody? I wanted to reach out to my current followers/friends/family first before extending beyond that. Thanks for your help!!
