Let's talk tanks, propane, gas, helium.... we like recycling older weathered ones or the colorful helium. Newer propane we won't touch due to the Valves not being removable.
We use as much caution as possible when opening, drilling and cutting. Yesterday we opened 2 very old weathered propane tanks. Valves were opened fully and they still had a bit of propane in them unbeknownst to us. Yes when released it was a little nerve racking but all is well.
We have our hose, sand and extinguishing matters handy when doing our recycling.
A few small fires and minor explosions have happened, oh a little burn here or there too lol.
So please keep this in mind when admiring our arts.
