Kynar painted metal sheets go through intensive cleaning, surface pretreatment, primer application, and a topcoat, followed by high-temperature baking for maximum adhesion and UV resistance. The color on Kynar painted metal has a lifespan of 30 years.

Client was having problems with water and squirrels coming down their chimney. Solution was to create a vented chimney cap, to allow the exhasut from the mechanicals to escape still, while keeping the chimeny water tight/rodent free. Measured, fabricated and installed all in one day!
