Welcome to Focaccia Friday! Full recipe 👇🏻

INGREDIENTS:
- 4 cups bread flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
-2 tsp instant yeast
- 2 cups very warm water
- olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
2. Pour in half the water and stir to incorporate. Once the first half is incorporated, pour in the second half and stir to incorporate again.
4. Drizzle olive oil over the top of the dough ball, stir to incorporate.
5. Cover the dough with a lid or tea towel (or plastic wrap) and let rest for 1 hour then complete 4-6 stretch and folds. Cover and let rest another hour.
6. After an hour, complete another round of stretch and folds and place dough directly into a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper and enough olive oil to cover the bottom of the dish. Cover the dough again and let rest for 2-2.5 hours.
7. Uncover dough, drizzle olive oil over the top of the dough, dimple the dough and then sprinkle flaky sea salt on the top.
8. Bake at 425-450 degrees F for 20-30 minutes (or until the top is golden brown)
