Hey guys, sorry about the lack of content this last month. Life got crazy (for the better!) and finally things are starting to settle in so I can get back to the woodworking grind that I so love. I recently moved and am excited to begin setting up the new shop! Anyways, here’s what’s on the bench:

When my grandfather moved to the USA, he took up the trade of making furniture as his first job. He had built this beautiful solid mahogany bedroom set at trade school many moons ago, and has been lovingly used all of these years. It’s time to breathe some life into grandpas old furniture. The plan is to refinish this in a darkened danish oil to bring out that good, old-fashioned chatoyancy. I’ll be sharing progress along the way!
