🚨 A hidden bathroom problem you may not know could be lurking under your toilet!

This is something we see and repair far too often. In many cases, the damage is completely hidden underneath the flooring, and the homeowner has no idea there’s a problem until significant damage has already occurred.

💡 Fun fact: If a toilet is completely caulked around the base and the wax ring fails, leaking water can become trapped between the flooring and subfloor. Over time, that moisture can lead to wood rot, mold, and costly repairs.

If your toilet isn’t sitting level and needs caulk, consider leaving the back portion uncaulked. This allows water to escape where you can see it, giving you a chance to catch a leak before it causes major damage.

And remember: a properly installed toilet on a level floor shouldn’t need caulk to hide a problem. 😉

Out with the old carpet, in with this beautiful dark lvp. This home changed looks this week! Caleb photobombing bringing in some floor 💪. Taking the extra time to lay out and get a perfectly square floor, with no small pieces is very crucial to us. Usually requiring starting in the middle of the home.

This made a huge difference in the entry point of this home. Instead of feeling like a small entry room/porch, it now continues into the living room, without a transition needed, giving a much cleaner look

A little bit of leveling makes a tremendous difference on the finished look and longevity of your LVP. This one wasn’t too bad considering it was built in the late 1800s.

Customer wanted to get rid of the worn down carpet in a high traffic area hallway and install laminate. So, we attached on to the previous installed laminate and changed up the looks of the house. The laminate we attached to was 20+ years old installed by my dad and was in still great shape! We also added a very high thread count carpet in the bedrooms soft enough to take a nap on while the helper does all the cleanup work

Prep, prime, and more prep. The fun starts tomorrow! Caleb Cima has been phenomenal help since going solo and always pleasant with the customers, he is very much appreciated and like myself always tries his hardest to give the customers the best possible outcome. He started from a rookie patch mixer to smooth floor finisher and wants to learn more from every single job. Thanks buddy
