SOFAS-At the High Point market last year I met with sales reps for quality, affordable pieces for STRs. Performance fabrics are finally living up to the hype!!! The performance fabrics outperforms leather almost every time in tests these days. Find you a good line that you like with options and always source those sofas. Get a good rep (it can be straight with the manufacturer or find a local furniture store willing to service you-small, family run stores are wonderful for this). They can service their products-replacing cushions, fixing small repairs, warranty work. This protects your investment and insures that to get the best return.
