Hi everyone, just a note to help start your summer off with a bang! Snooty Patootie is having their " One Year Anniversary Open House " a lot of you may know the owner Kay Mcginnis. Well she has decided to throw a whopper of a party! She's having a Cabi clothing/Catiques jewelry trunk show. You'll also get to see her fabulous furnishings and home decor items she has for sale. Wanted to let you know that Kay Mcginnis "Snooty Patootie" has opened her own shop in Farragut- 11110 Kingston Pike, ( next to Sam and Andy's in Aspen Square)
Grand Opening is today May 20!! She has door prize drawings.
Snooty Patootie is on FB as well so you can see her merchandise.
Just had to give Kay a shout out for realizing a dream she's had for some time. "If you can dream it, you can do it"

Hi guys just a quick note. I'm out picking but wanted to let you know that RETRO SALVAGE occasional sale starts tomorrow Friday the 5 of September. HE'S GO NEW STUFF AND IT'S ALL COOL!!! Hello everyone hope this finds each of you having a wonderful Spring.
Some news I wanted to share. My friend Todd has opened up his antique store “RETRO SALVAGE” in the Solway Shopping Center. It is set up as an occasional sale store and he has it packed with goodies. I stopped by the other day and peeked in the window and all I’ve got to say is YOU SERIOUSLY HAVE GOT TO SEE HIS COOL STUFF! I’m loving a vintage picnic basket and some metal chairs.
Retro Salvage is open this Friday May 30 - Sunday June 1.
Solway Shopping Center is becoming a busy place these days. You’ll also see Southern Grace Mercantile just next door to Retro Salvage. An antique mall with loads of southern charm and awesome antiques. I just bought some of the coolest barn wood at a steal for $8.
Hope everyone can get a chance to visit both antique stores this week-end. I have no doubt you’ll find something terrific.

Hi ya'll!!! Thorn & Thistle is up and running in the Homespun Crafters Mall located in the Village Green Shopping Center in Farragut. Iron, wire, galvanized, glass and pottery plus farmhouse table and chairs, industrial console table and french cabinet. Got some really cool small items. Adding some more things tomorrow. I miss you all!!!!! Come on out.

Hello everyone, I have some news. After much thought and prayer I have decided to close Thorn & Thistle in Soloway Shopping center and concentrate on my booth at Homespun crafters mall in Farragut and my estate sale business. This has not been an easy decision but I feel it is the right one for me. I want to thank everyone for making Thorn & Thistle a success. I have loved hearing how much you love the store and shopping there.
Thus said:
THORN & THISTLE WILL BE OPEN FOR ONE DAY- SATURDAY NOVEMBER 30 (my 50 birthday!) . 10am-5pm
Thorn and Thistle will offer 20% off all Christmas and selected Items.
After the one day sale Thorn & Thistle will be moved to Homespun antique mall (Village Green Shopping Center in Farragut). I will still make my repurposed items and offer other cool stuff and I will post on Facebook when I restock with new items.
I has been a blast ya'll!!!!!!!
So stop by and see me on November 30. 10am - 5pm
