Monkey bread breakfast sausage casserole. It was delicious and the kids devoured it and came back for seconds. Even the husband loved it. Made some hashbrowns too because I had no clue what to pair it with. Maybe some scrambled eggs next time? But it has mixed frozen berries (strawberries, blue berries, raspberries and black berries) 2 packs of cinnamon rolls, breakfast sausage, cinnamon, sugar, butter, eggs, heavy cream, icing and lots of calories so this is for sure a "some times" food, haha.I was playing around with some different ideas and I'm pretty proud of this one.

Hey everyone! My husband and I are having a fund raiser because the film we are doing for film fest knox is just a tad bit out of our grasp to do this year, but we KNOW that with some funds and resources we can really pull it off! This is for the Film Fest Knox in Knoxville TN and it's for the E-pitch which, if you win, they help you with some resourses to help you turn your short into a feature. We are SO there, right on the cusps, and winning would help us so much.. but in order to do that, we have to pull out ALL the stops, so if you can donate just a couple of bucks, we will put you down as a producer on the film! That's all it will take to be listed as not only a producer on our short film, but on the longer version as well! Just add your name to the donation and that's it! You're officially a producer to a film! Potentially an award winning film ! I did something I usually don't do. I made something with a bit of spice in it 😋 I usually do not eat spicy things (zesty is my preference) but I added some red pepper flakes and made chicken and sausage Cajun pasta with sautéed tomatoes. My 2 littles are taking naps still, but my 2 big boys and their daddy absolutely LOVE it (Jamison just tried a bite and ran off to do stuff to the water heater, but he said it was delicious and will get some as soon as hes done with the water heater.) Destry added more red pepper flakes because he loves spicy food, but they are eating it like it's cake, lol. They absolutely love it. Caspian just grabbed another bowl of it and said it's one of his favorite things I've ever made, lol.

I had a tub of Bob evans potatoes that I needed to use so I was going to make potato cakes... and when I had everything all prepped in the bowl, I realized I am out of flour! So I used jiffy cornbread mix instead. I kept adding until I added a whole box... and they would NOT stiffen up enough to even roll cheese in... and I just don't have the time or patience to put them in the fridge (they were already cold so it shouldn't have been a problem) and I got so frustrated that I am making a flat out potato flat bread and I'm making it in the oven... I put down a layer of potatoes mixed with the jiffy mix and spices, tons of cheese and bacon pieces and then another layer and covered it in bread crumbs.... and about to stick it in the oven... I ain't got time for any BS today.. going to bake it to the jiffy mix directions and then probably broil it...
and more than likely burn it to a crisp like I always do when I try to broil anything.. Jamison is bringing home a rotisserie chicken .. I'm done.. I'm so done 🤣
UPDATE! It's actually pretty good! Like a gooey potato pie..
