Behind the scenes at our Losey Project!

We have a great project that is receiving its beautiful finishes. We started this design in April and construction in May. This home is now receiving those beautiful and functional finishes. We will wrap this entire house (inside and outside) in the next 4 weeks. Stay tuned for this renovation- it won’t look like the same house.

This renovation was so much more than a cosmetic update. We completely reimagined the floor plan to improve the way this home lives.

By removing and adding walls, we created larger, more functional living spaces and transformed the primary bedroom into a true en suite. These thoughtful layout changes not only elevated the home’s everyday livability but also significantly increased its value.

At Korger & Sons, we believe great design starts with the floor plan. Beautiful finishes matter, but creating a home that functions beautifully is what truly transforms the way people live.
