A new kind of canvas 🤍

Over the last few weeks, I’ve had the opportunity to paint several murals for a church in our community—from children’s spaces to welcome areas and lots and LOTS of lettering. 😂

I was definitely nervous taking on something this big, but I’ve learned so much through the process and discovered that I really love painting on this scale.

Seeing these spaces finished has been pretty special.

And I think I’d like to do more of it. 🤍

So if you’re local to Southern Maryland and have a church, business, children’s space—or just a wall you’ve been dreaming about doing something with—I’d love to talk about it.

I’m excited to see where this little extension of my art takes me🖌️🎨
Clearly want me to do

I think these Welcome Home banners will always have a special place in my heart. 🇺🇸

I’m so happy for another family getting their Airman back home and imagining the hugs and excitement waiting for them.

But I’d be lying if I said painting these doesn’t make this Air Force mama miss her own Airman a little extra. ❤️

So today I’m celebrating someone else’s homecoming while looking forward to the next time I get to hug mine.

Welcome home, Airman. 🇺🇸

Happy August! I took July to be with my family and creatively rest. I’m back in my creative space. Banners are a walk in the park compared to self-taught water coloring. 🙃🎨🖌️
