This week has been a scorcher!! ☀️

I finished this gorgeous sweater by Emily from Hooked Hazel, which will be released as a Lion Brand Kit and as a pattern on her sites on Wednesday!

The Shiloh Sweater is a fun, quick, and gorgeous project! I was able to complete my entire sweater in 2 weeks!

Now I just need the weather to cool a little to get some modeled photos!!

Grabbed my chai tea latte this week and spent some time seaming my new pattern. I usually go back and forth between coffee and chai tea lattes as a caffeine boost.

When you are grabbing your projects, what is your drink of choice?

I wrapped up the seaming on this fun summer market bag and finished the straps yesterday!! I used an invisible slip stitch seam and I love how it came out! More information coming soon!

I love sneaking in some stitches before my first metting of the day.

I grabbed this yarn before we moved and started working on my Shiloh Cardigan test by

I am using Woolike by Loops & Threads. This is my second time using this yarn and if you are looking for an affordable fi*****ng weight yarn, this might just be it!

Woolike comes in skeins of 678 yards and is 85% acrylic and 15% nylon. I have found Woolike to be soft, easy to work with, and comfortable. The yardage of the skein alone makes it incredibly affordable, I am currently on my third panel of my cardigan and still using my first skein!

We are on our last day of driving to our new house in WA!

It’s been a long road trip but we’ve made so many fun family memories along the way!

Today I am working on a pattern test for Emily from Hooked Hazel. Last year I made two Shiloh Tees because I loved the pattern so much!! Now I’m testing her Shiloh Cardigan, and it’s AMAZING! I can’t wait to show you more about it!!

I won’t lie I will forever be a Jersey Girl! But in the last 10 years I’ve lived several places and my definition of home has certainly changed. One thing I have learned is that is home is not necessarily a place, but a feeling.

We are on day 3 of our cross country move to our new house in Washington and we are so excited to make our home!

I have been making progress on my Mountain Peaks Cardigan by (a good amount more since this picture) and enjoying the stitching time I have while in the car!
