Yesterday, Anthony explained why this project is using two different vendors — and today, we’re showing you the project in action. 👀

Because the original home already had Milgard windows and WinDor doors, we’re continuing that same look into the new pool house addition.

The new space is getting Milgard Tuscany retrofit windows and WinDor retrofit doors, creating a seamless connection between the original home and the addition.

It’s not about using two vendors just to use two vendors. It’s about making the right choice for the home and keeping the new addition consistent with what’s already there.

Why use two different vendors on one project? Because the details matter. 👏

On this pool house addition, our Sales Associate Anthony walks us through why we chose a combination of Milgard Tuscany retrofit windows and WinDor doors.

The existing home already had Milgard windows and WinDor doors, so the goal was to create a seamless look while choosing the right products for each application. The Milgard Tuscany windows allow us to match the existing window design and retrofit around the existing wood trim, while WinDor provides the perfect solution for the new doors and large openings.

At Mancino Door & Window, we’re not limited to one manufacturer. We work with multiple trusted vendors so we can find the right window or door for each opening, each application, and each customer.

The result? A new addition that feels like it was always part of the home. 🏡✨

Sierra Madre Project | Marvin Essential Series

A beautiful Sierra Madre home gets a major upgrade without losing its original character. 🏡

We replaced the home’s original single-pane wood windows with Marvin Essential Series fiberglass windows, featuring dual-pane, tempered glass for improved energy efficiency, enhanced wildfire protection, and better noise reduction.

We also replaced a rear exterior door with a Therma-Tru door from T.M. Cobb Companies, bringing improved performance and durability to another key area of the home.

Claremont Project — Full Reveal

There’s something special about a home that just feels good the moment you walk in. This Claremont home has such an amazing energy—warm, welcoming, and filled with natural light.

We recently completed this project with espresso-painted Milgard Windows & Doors Trinsic windows and sliding doors, paired with a beautiful T.M. Cobb Companies entry door.

One of our favorite transformations is in the kitchen. With the new windows bringing in so much natural light, the shutters that were once needed for privacy and light control are no longer necessary. The space feels brighter, more open, and connected to the beautiful outdoor garden—and during the day, the homeowners can rely much less on artificial lighting, helping reduce energy use.

The bathroom received a beautiful new window as well, creating a bright, peaceful space while maintaining privacy.

And the final photo? That’s where this home started. The original windows had dark, dated frames and were showing their age. The new windows completely changed the feel of the home while keeping the character of the property intact.

It’s amazing what the right windows and doors can do—not just for the look of a home, but for the way it feels and functions every day.

Aliso Viejo Project | 2nd Story Window & Door Replacement

For this first-time homeowner and night-shift nurse, comfort and energy efficiency were a priority. We replaced the original single-pane aluminum windows with Milgard Trinsic Series white vinyl windows, installed with a Z-Bar application, upgrading the home with double-pane glass for improved noise reduction and energy efficiency.

The project included 7 windows and 1 sliding door, along with new weatherstripping on the front door to improve the overall performance of the entry.

A great upgrade for a first home—and a more comfortable space to come home to after a long night shift.

Claremont New Construction | Part 2 🚪

A closer look at the custom doors on this beautiful Claremont home.

The interior door is a custom Accoya Dutch door, while the exterior entry is a custom Accoya door with matching sidelites, all crafted specifically for this project.

Accoya is made from radiata pine that undergoes a specialized acetylation process using heat and pressure, modifying the wood at a cellular level to provide exceptional durability, dimensional stability, and resistance to rot and decay.

And the best part? Accoya carries a 50-year warranty for above-ground applications.

Custom doors like these are where craftsmanship and performance come together—and our mill shop can bring unique designs like this to life.
