Available — Dick Clark – 20 Years of Rock ’N’ Roll

This one feels like a time capsule of an era.

I pulled the deep reds, greens and cream tones in the mandala from the vintage Buddah Records label, while the album jacket tells an even bigger story. Its collage mixes entertainment imagery with headlines and cultural moments from the 1950s and ’60s — including the assassination of President Kennedy — placing the music alongside the history people were living through at the time.

Released in 1973, 20 Years of Rock ’N’ Roll is a two-record collection spanning early rock and pop, with music from artists including **Bill Haley, Johnny Cash, Fats Domino, Jerry Lee Lewis, The Everly Brothers, Van Morrison and Otis Redding.

For someone who remembers when rock ’n’ roll was still writing its first chapters — this one is available.

Available — Bing Crosby – Merry Christmas

Is it too early for Christmas? Maybe. But the retailers already have the decorations out, so I’m going with it.

This hand-painted vinyl is filled with classic holiday colors — deep reds, greens, cream and gold — with candy canes, holly and ornament-inspired details worked into the mandala. I pulled the palette from the album’s traditional Christmas feel while letting the original record label remain part of the design.

And of course, this album includes Bing Crosby’s “White Christmas,” one of the most iconic holiday recordings ever made.

Framed in red and gold, this one is ready for someone who believes Christmas music is worth celebrating a little early.

Available — Harry Styles – Harry’s House

Warm mustard, soft blue, cream and metallic accents give this hand-painted vinyl a playful retro feel inspired by the colors and offbeat style of the Harry’s House album artwork.

The mandala design carries those colors across the record while keeping the original label visible at the center, tying the artwork back to the music that inspired it.

Released in 2022, Harry’s House won the Grammy Award for Album of the Year and includes “As It Was.”

For the Harry Styles fan who wants something a little more personal than a poster — this one is available.

I’m happy to share that this The Doors – Alive, She Cried hand-painted vinyl record will be donated to ART OFF THE Wall, benefiting Art Impact Project.

Art Impact Project, based in Highwood, Illinois, enhances emotional wellness through creative expression. Their programs use art-making to help people build confidence, increase positive self-awareness, develop empathy, and strengthen emotional well-being.

That mission resonates with me. Art can be beautiful, but it can also be meaningful, personal and healing — both for the person creating it and the person who connects with it.

ART OFF THE Wall takes place October 4 at The Gallery in Lake Forest, Illinois, and the concept is pretty fun:

There will be 50 works of art and 50 ticket holders. Each ticket holder is assigned a number, and numbers are called randomly throughout the evening. When yours is called, you choose the artwork you want and take it right off the wall. By the end of the night, all 50 pieces will have new homes and the proceeds will help support Art Impact Project’s programming.

I’m honored that one of my hand-painted vinyl records will be hanging on that wall.

I love seeing where my artwork ends up after it leaves my studio.

This Steve Miller Band – Number 5 piece recently found its home on what its new owner calls her “mid-century wall.” And judging by the company it’s keeping, I’d say it landed in exactly the right place.

Its new owner is an artist herself and has filled her home with an incredible collection of artwork. She’s also deeply involved in the arts community through Art Impact Project, a nonprofit organization in Highwood, Illinois.

There’s something especially meaningful about having one of my hand-painted vinyl records chosen by someone who creates art herself and has spent so much time surrounded by the work of other artists.

And this is one of my favorite parts of what I do: eventually, each record leaves my studio and becomes part of someone else’s home, their collection, and their relationship with the music.

Thank you for sharing a glimpse of where Steve Miller Band – Number 5 now lives.

I’m excited to share that I’ve been accepted into the 2026 Naperville Riverwalk Fine Art Fair!

This nationally recognized juried art fair welcomes more than 40,000 visitors to downtown Naperville for a beautiful weekend filled with original fine art and fine craft from artists across the country. I'm delighted to be one of them!

I’m especially happy for the opportunity to bring my hand-painted mandalas on vinyl records back to Illinois. For those who have been thinking about a unique and meaningful holiday gift, this will be a wonderful chance to see my available artwork in person—or talk with me about creating a custom piece inspired by music and memories that are special to someone you love.
