It has been a while since I have posted, so...Welcome! Allow me to introduce myself. I am Jennifer Burress, the owner and principal designer for Open Door Interiors. 

I graduated with my degree in Interior Design from the International Academy of Design and Technology in 2006. Since then, I've worked with decorating firms, builders, granite companies, and among others. My husband and I married in 2008, and once we had children, we decided it was best for me to be a stay-at-home mom for a while. In 2017, I was able to follow my passion and start my own design business. After some industry refreshment, including a certification course in home staging and design, I started Open Door Interiors as a home staging company. I loved staging homes but have recently shifted to focus on interior design. I love working with individuals to cultivate the most comfortable environment for their personal style and preferences. I have been fortunate to work on a variety of projects and have had amazing clients throughout these few years. I am so happy to have followed my dream to do what I love and what I feel utilizes my talents and strengths. It is such a joy to have a successful business doing what I love while still being available for my children and spending time with my family. Thank you to all the clients who have supported my business and future clients to come. I can not do this without you!

We have been so caught in jobs lately I have not posted in while but this is something I had to share 😊 I pulled up to my office this morning to see that MY SIGN is finally up!!! It's an absolute wonderful feeling seeing the stages of growth in your business 🥰
