Grow Where You're Planted

Sometimes life puts you exactly where you wanted to be.

And sometimes it dumps you somewhere completely unexpected and says, “Good luck! Try not to die.”

Grow Where You're Planted is for those seasons of life when the plans didn't quite go according to plan, the soil is questionable, the weather is being dramatic, and you're just doing your best to photosynthesize through it.

It starts with a little ripe plum, followed by cozy maple leaf and acorn, then settles into earthy patchouli and sandalwood. Warm, woodsy, slightly sweet, and deeply comforting—basically the olfactory equivalent of putting on your favorite sweater and deciding you're going to be fine.

Who am I?
Fall is FULLY embraced around here.

Just one Pumpkin!
It's the lie we tell ourselves every year.

It starts innocently enough: “I’m just getting one pumpkin.”

And then somehow you’re wandering through the pumpkin patch with muddy shoes, cold fingers, a wagon full of gourds, and absolutely no reasonable explanation for how you ended up needing an entire yard full of pumpkins.

Just One Pumpkin is Heirloom Pumpkin’s funnier cousin—the one who shows up to Thanksgiving with a bottle of bourbon, tells questionable stories, and somehow convinces everyone that buying just one more pumpkin is a perfectly reasonable decision.

A new scent is hitting the shop soon—and honestly, it gets us.
The PNW is about to enter its annual “why is it raining sideways?” & "Unexplained grey mist for 7 months" phase, and frankly, we have made a decision: we're staying home until further notice.

Fallen Leaves loading in 3... 2... 1...

The leaves and acorns are plotting their annual takeover, so obviously I had to bring the candle back.

Fallen Leaves is making its seasonal return, and it smells like fall showing up with absolutely no regard for your feelings about summer.

I’M BACKKKK!

The "break" is over, the workspace is calling, and I am officially back in full maker mode.
Today 186 jars were washed, wicked and pre-staged to be poured and labeled.

I’m stepping away from the workspace for a few days at the end of this week to let my brain reboot before I become that person who starts yelling “WHAT DOES FALL EVEN SMELL LIKE?! DOES ANYONE KNOW?!” at random objects.

Starting Monday, August 24th, the new fall scents will slowly begin making their way into existence. (Let me tell you. I found some excitement!)
Facebook gets the first sniff.

I’ll be introducing the new scents here first as they emerge, so prepare yourselves for cozy, spooky, woodsy, pumpkin-y nonsense.
