When I stage a home, I’m not just placing furniture. Every pillow, piece of artwork, plant, book and accessory is chosen with intention. Each layer adds warmth, tells a story and helps buyers picture themselves living there.

It’s often the smallest details that create the biggest emotional impact. Because buyers don’t just remember square footage or paint colors… they remember how a home made them feel.

After ➡️ Before

The carpet wasn’t the problem… the empty room was.

When a room is vacant, buyers notice everything!! The dated pink carpet, the stains, the window valance, every little imperfection.

But once the room was thoughtfully staged, something changed… now, your eye is drawn to the scale of the vaulted ceiling, the warmth of the lighting and the feeling of a cozy retreat. The bedroom suddenly feels spacious, peaceful and livable.

That’s what great staging is all about- not about pretending imperfections don’t exist, but creating an emotional connection that’s stronger than them.

This room still has the same pink carpet. But now buyers see a bedroom they want to wake up in, not just carpet they’ll eventually replace. 😉

West Virginia gave us adventure at every turn! ⛰️

We white water rafted the New River Gorge, hiked the Endless Wall Trail just in time for one of the most incredible sunsets we’ve ever seen and took the bridge walk beneath the New River Gorge Bridge, which is the longest single-span steel arch bridge in the U.S.!! Standing underneath something that massive was equal parts humbling and unforgettable.

We climbed boulders the size of cliffs and jumped into the river, floated through the rapids, stopped for lunch on the riverbank and laughed until our cheeks hurt!!

No fancy itinerary. No perfect photos. Just fresh air, adrenaline, endless laughs and the kind of memories that stay with you long after the trip is over.

West Virginia, we’ll definitely be back! 💙

Just because you can… doesn’t mean you should.

There’s staging a home and then there’s staging a DOME HOME!

These spaces are anything but cookie-cutter, which is exactly what makes them so special (and a little tricky). With curved walls, unique angles and unconventional layouts, it’s not always obvious how furniture should live in a space like this.

Instead of fighting the architecture, I leaned into it… creating intentional zones that highlight the flow, soften the curvesand help buyers understand how to live here. Because when a space feels this different buyers don’t just need to see it, they need to feel it.

The goal? Turn “this is cool, but I don’t get it” into “I need this house!”
