*in my scone era*
Chocolate Chip Sourdough Scones made with Kerrygold Butter — there is nothing dry about these scones, they are moist & decadent bursting with dark chocolate in each bite. I could eat a whole batch in one sitting!
As many of you know I have been baking most of my life. It started with baking treats with my grandmother during the week, during holidays and if I recall correctly I had my first cook book at age 8. I began sourdough in 2020 because I needed to challenge my skills in the kitchen. Soon enough boule 1 then 2 and 3, then 4 were made and I was hooked! Now, I’m onto other items involving sourdough like english muffins, crackers, pizza and these scones I cannot get enough of.
It is the perfect time of year to begin a hobby - it’s a winter wonderland out there and I’d love to share my sourdough starter with you! ✨
