Okay but hear me out… I think it’s time for a new chakra macrame design. 👀🌈

I have POUNDS (like 20 lbs 🤫) of crystals in basically every color of the rainbow sitting in my studio, which feels like a completely reasonable excuse to start another project instead of finishing one of the 47 ideas already in my head. 😂

Now I’m picturing crystals + knots + all seven chakra colors and I need to make SOMETHING.

A chakra wall hanging? Plant hanger? Crystal hanger? Something I haven’t thought of yet?

✨️Give me ideas because apparently I need another macrame project. 😂👇

I miss being creative 😭🤣

I need to make something new. Something interesting. Something challenging. Something unique! So bad! Lol

Ugh business side of things + 3 kids plus just life itself is making that feel impossible right now 😭
And I had an extensive neuropsychological evaluation this week and man im drained 😅

I genuinely didn’t think we had a chance of actually winning this. And now I’m starting to think we might. 😭 But then I started researching who’s actually in the #1 spot... and now I’m a little scared. 😂

I don’t think I fully understood just how crazy it is that Cord + Quartz is sitting at #2 right now.

The business currently in #1 is Clever Poppy. They have a HUGE social media following, a team behind the business, and reportedly sold 100,000 kits in a single year.

And then there’s Cord + Quartz. It’s me. 😂 I design the kits, make the content, pack the orders, answer the emails, run the website... all of it.
And somehow WE ARE RIGHT BEHIND THEM.

We’re even currently beating a DIY kit from Michaels themselves, which Michaels has publicly promoted for this competition.

So as intimidating as #1 looks... I still think we can freaking do this. ♥️♥️ Small business matters!

And genuinely, congrats to Clever Poppy. What they’ve built is incredible, and they’ve absolutely earned their spot. 🤍 But that doesn’t mean we’re going to make it easy for them. 😂

Let’s get that #1 spot back. 🏆
