Has this happened to anyone else?
We have been with https://www.t-mobile.com (T-Mobile) for years. Up until now very happy with the quality of service. As you all know we lost Wanda last Nov. Understandably, she had neglected to put myself or Crystal Brand on as admin(s). This made for a few weeks of red tape to "take responsibility" of the acct. In doing so was promised upgraded phones (Galaxy s23 Ultras) for going to one of the new Go5G plans. Now that we have gone through the red tape, RUG PULL. Trying to get our phones and not only are they not calling back when scheduled, but now (T-Mobile) claiming there is no way we should have been promised the upgrades. Am I being unreasonable to expect they follow through?
