Thanksgiving is coming soon, so let me show you a thanksgiving day cheat and an appetizer that will have them wanting more

1 (8-oz.) tube crescent dough
Cooking spray, for pan
Flour, for surface
1 (8-oz.) wheel of brie
1/2 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
1/4 c. chopped pecans
sprigs of rosemary, cut into 1" pieces.

Also:
1 Shredded carrot
1 Onion
2 stalks celery
Poultry seasoning
Box of stove top stuffing.

We are back this week with a taste of Italy in summer. Let’s make a fun dish fun that reminds me of Europe, friends and good times.

Peach Panzanella with Burrata
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 c. white balsamic vinegar
1/2 loaf ciabatta, cut in 1 1/2" cubes
1/2 c. extra-virgin olive oil, divided
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
8 small (or 4 large) ripe peaches, sliced 1/2"-thick
1/2 c. torn fresh basil leaves, plus more for serving
1 8-oz. ball burrata
(If you don’t have burrata cheese you can use Cream Cheese, Feta Cheese, or Mozzarella.)

We’ve made corn muffins, but what about corn fritters? These are similar to the kind you eat at Cheesecake Factory.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup plain flour
3 spring onions thinly sliced
1 tsp baking powder
150 g fetta crumbled
440 g cream-style canned corn
1 egg lightly beaten
1 pinch salt

For those who like bacon, you can add bacon to this recipe so have about 3-4 strips already cooked and chopped into small pieces or bacon bits.

One of my favorite dishes is cold noodles in sesame sauce. The dish is easy and can be eaten hot or cold.

3 - 4 packages Raman noodles
2 tablespoons sesame oil, plus a splash
3 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Chinese rice vinegar
2 tablespoons Chinese sesame paste
1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
1 tablespoon sugar (white or brown)
1 tablespoon finely grated ginger
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons chile-garlic paste, chile crisp or chile oil, or to taste
Half a cucumber,
¼ cup chopped roasted peanuts
Green onions for garnish.

Curried chicken salad is the perfect
Lunch when you are tired of plain chicken salad.
½ cup mayonnaise
1–2 tsp. curry powder
½ lime, juiced
pinch of salt, more to taste
2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
½ medium apple with peel, diced
1 celery rib, finely diced
2 Tbsp. red onion, finely diced
¼ cup raisins
¼ cup dry-roasted cashews, roughly chopped
2–4 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
