I feel like I struck gold! just back from Bay Area farmers market yesterday! Purple asparagus...baby baby artichokes (fit in the palm of my hand) and radicchio, just out of the ground. Note the purple asparagus has 20%more sugar than its green cousins & although fat not woodsy/stinging. I’ll post pics of finished versions
