Just taking a little break from making this awesome velociraptor to give a HUGE shoutout to 🤩🥰🙌 I keep my amigurumi stitch game tight! But a maker is only as good as their tools, and I am so harsh on my hooks! These hooks STAND. UP. y’all. These are by far some of the best hooks I’ve ever had the fortune of finding. If you don’t already, show them some love! You’ll be glad you did!

I hope you’re not sick of these Galaxy catcher mandalas yet, because I’m not sick of posting them! The final one is strung, and I’m kind of digging the raw thread vibe of the ties. What do you think? Clean it up or leave it as is?
My big ass steel hoop (24”!) came from the awesomely fantastic folks at and I can’t imagine using anything different!

My hoops arrived today! I think this one could’ve been a touch bigger, I didn’t get the full stretch but holy mandala this baby is beautiful! This one was made with Flowers Single color yarn and my trusty 2.2mm hook! Super sturdy hoop from the unparalleled

Proof that it doesn’t always go right, and a test run on a new pattern can definitely help work out the kinks! AND Meghan is a hardcore designer! But don’t be scared, makers, her patterns are so easy to follow! I’m no stranger to patterns but I always do a test run before my customer’s actual product. These beautifully deformed creations have a special place in our shop! They live in the Aisle of Misfit Creations. It’s a great place to catch a bargain on our less than perfect imperfect pieces 😉

Ok I’m ready for warmer weather now! I’m channeling Spring with these cuties pie pocket pals. I love these because not only are they adorable and customizable, they work up super quick! They’re my go-to when i need to feel like i can actually finish something! Thank you for another great pattern!

Blocking matters! Not only does it help these peacock earrings keep shape, but it can also help them get misshapen. Can you tell which one I blocked fully and which one I was lazy with? It’s all I see when i look at these! 🤣🤣 available for purchase, message for details!

I’ve been messing around with making tiny things! The downside of making these beautifully colored pieces is there are so many ends to deal with! If you know me, you know how i feel about ends 😂
Most of these gorgeous threads are from made with a 1.25mm hook (see! Tiny!) I can’t wait for you to see what’s coming!

Rainy days and Mondays….. always get Chester down. Trying to get this guy to pose for a photo is like trying to wrangle gnats! I would say he’s testing out the comfort of my new Present Moment Picnic, but he’s actually waiting for me to give him a marshmallow! Isn’t this pattern gorgeous?! If you’re not following you must! Fernanda’s designs are amazing! I made this one using Special DK and my handy dandy 4mm hook.
