I get asked a lot “what made you decide to be a baker?”

And the answer….. fun fact….. a movie from the late 90’s called Simply Irresistible.

Simply Irresistible holds a deeply personal place in my heart because it is the exact movie that inspired me to become a baker. What completely captivated me was the way the male lead, Tom, reacted to Amanda's desserts—he was always utterly captivated, constantly craving more, and entirely powerless against the joy her treats brought him. Spellbound or not, watching someone experience that level of pure, irresistible bliss from a single bite made me realize the incredible power food has to connect people and spark happiness. It made me want to step into the kitchen and recreate that exact feeling in the real world. Every time I bake, my goal is to create desserts so comforting and delicious that people can’t help but fall in love with them and keep coming back for more, bringing a little bit of that movie's magic to life! Every bite, should taste magical, delectable and tempting your soul to take just one more bite …..

What an amazing event by The Las Vegas Farm. It was a pleasure bringing some of my food for everyone to try. My caprese skewers were the fan favorite, the butternut squash apple chilled bisque tasted like pumpkin pie and let’s not forget that cranberry honey goat cheese cup!!!!! Plus ALL of the proceeds from tonight goes to the farm which makes my heart happy. #😍 a huge shout out to Christina Vitagliano for allowing me to set up and share my food from my soul with everyone.

I appreciate each and every single person who has supported my tempting treats. I have made so many amazing creations and while this prior incident has taken place and been posted every l, I was not able to provide a satisfactory product and communicate as I knew I was not able to create a product built for road trip, summer heat lake day without it being a disaster. I chose to not respond and continue with product that was pre paid on the books for other clients. I was doing this one as a free service but unfortunately it ended the way it did.

That said. I still will strive to continue making my awesome creations and delivering exceptional products. Those who have had my treats and see my creations, I appreciate your support as I have made countless smiles, experiences and happiness as my creations are made from the soul. So I did apologize for the whole situation that happened and I’m moving forward. Unfortunately things like this happen and I can only move forward.

So I appreciate everyone who still supports my creations and thank you all for trusting me with your birthdays, celebrations, even simple sweet treat to yourself for that midnight snack lol.

Let’s keep making you tempted for my creations of greatness.
