These old Philadelphia Row Homes do not have yards. So I think my favorite addition to this house besides the additional bedroom and bathroom is the roof top deck. ITS HUGE. It was just a cement rooftop. With no access to it. So we built a stairway and a door to access it off of the third floor loft. Then laid down new decking and a railing! This added outdoor space is such a bonus for these style of homes!

Sneak peak of our Philadelphia flip coming together. I just did an entire walk through of this on my instastories on of this old Philadelphia row house that was built in the early 1900’s! I can not wait for the BEFORE AND AFTERS! Not one thing has remained the same EXCEPT an old bathtub that has been here since the 1940’s. Its quirky and we are just reglazing it to make it look brand new. We did all new flooring through out. Redid the kitvhen. All new ceiling lighting. Added crown molding throughout the entire house. We redid the existing bathroom. All new doors and hardware throughout! Added an entire master bed and bath. And even added an entire roof top deck that was just the roof with no access before. We did all new windows throughout! And we are going to give the exterior a new facelift with a new color of paint. Some beautiful shutters! A new front door in a gorgeous blue. And some precious tile for the little stoop!
