Yes, within 24 hours. To elaborate on my return policy. Refunds are only possible within the initial 24 hours of purchase. It takes time, manual labor, and expenses to produce your item(s). I generally start an item within an hour or two after the sale has been made. Your purchase is meant to fund our efforts in making an item. If the item is made before you contact me about a refund, I lose out on 1) a customer, 2) funds for the item already made. If the item hasn't been made yet, a return/cancellation is more than doable. When ordering a custom order, be sure to be 100% sure that you want the item. Cancellations and refunds are a complicated process for everyone involved.

Q: Do you accept refunds? Only within the first 24 hours. After 24 hours has passed, refunds will not be possible. If you still choose to cancel your order after 24 hours, you will not get a refund for your order. You may, however choose something else instead of equal or less value. Q: Do you do in person events, such a craft faires and conventions? A: Yes, I announce them on social medias such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter usually. Q: Do you sell at store (as in consignment)? A: I have in the past with Rogue Toys, but not since then. Q: Do you do collaborations? A: I haven't done a collab in years. I honestly wouldn't know how to go about doing one now. Q: Do you accept trades? Often at conventions and craft faires, other vendors and artists typically enjoy doing trades with one another instead of buying or selling their work. This is a fun way to experience the event in a different way. Q: Do you give out free items? A: Sometimes. It depends on the item being sold. Typically on a listing it will say whether a free or bonus item comes with it. Sometimes, I'll just throw in a little extra something to make the person feel happy. Q: Are you the only one who makes the items? I am quite particular when it comes to the way my products are made. It is difficult for me to accept help from others. Q: Do you accept volunteers to work your booth at events? A: Yes, but only people I trust (trust is something that is earned). Q: Do you make custom and personalized orders? A: Yes, I love doing these the most. It genuinely brings me joy to be able to create items for those that will mean something to them or to another. Q: What are the sizes of your items?
