Happy Easter to all!
Baked Ham, Home made sweat yeast bread, radish, green onions, fresh cucumber, dyed organic chicken and Duck eggs from a friend, and asparagus sauteed with garlic and bacon..
And of course horseradish and mustard
We also had scalloped cheesey potatoes and corn, didn't fit on the table 😂 ...

When one of us is under the weather, Pho it is…
I was debating between old fashioned chicken soup/bone broth, or this.
But my picky mini who needs it, isn’t crazy about it..but she Loves Pho!
Always have bone broth in the freezer, so this soup has everything that is good for you!
Bonus. I had time to take a picture 🤣

I don’t know about you but most of the country has been freezing the last couple of days! So I made beef chili with lots of beans and Jasmine rice! Warmed us right up!!
