Making lemonade out of a lemon. My local store had a bad cut tomahawk. Man it was ugly and not sexy at all. They had to mark it down twice to get me to take ugly Joe home. Cut off the bone and tied it into a hot ribeye. I will dry salt brine and Suuuuuuuu Veeeeeee this thing to perfection.
