🏙️ Grounded Glow | A Glenwood South Apartment Concept

Excited to share my latest student project, completed as part of my Design Communications course at JCCC.

The brief called for a fully realized apartment design targeting young professionals who have recently entered the workforce and enjoy an active social lifestyle. Drawing inspiration from the vibrant Glenwood South neighborhood of Raleigh, NC, I developed a concept that honors the energy of city living while creating a space that genuinely supports rest, routine, and everyday well-being.

Key design elements include:
→ A split-complementary color palette inspired by Raleigh's nighttime skyline
→ Retro mid-century modern furnishings balanced with clean, neutral finishes
→ Strategic LED lighting to support both function and circadian rhythm
→ Low-maintenance materials built for a busy professional lifestyle
