This is the part of what I do that I love the most. 🤍
I’ve always believed that when you invest in people, you give them the opportunity to become more than even they realized was possible.
Education has been one of my greatest passions throughout my career. And now, as an owner, one of the things that means the most to me is being able to put incredible opportunities in front of our team—to connect them with the people who inspire our industry, challenge the way we think, and push us to keep growing.
Because this industry never stands still. And I never want our team to stop being curious, inspired, or hungry to become better.
Watching our stylists learn, ask questions, try something new, get uncomfortable, and then have that moment when something clicks… that’s the good stuff.
That’s why bringing advanced education to our team will always be a priority for me.
A very special thank you to Anh Co Tran and his incredible team for coming to Kansas City for the first time and sharing your talent, knowledge, and passion with us. Having this caliber of education here in Kansas City was incredibly special.
And an equally heartfelt thank you to Lana and our partners at Milbon for believing in the importance of advanced education and helping make this class possible. Partnerships like this matter. When brands, educators, and salon leaders come together with a shared commitment to developing stylists, we elevate not only our teams—but our industry as a whole.
At the end of the day, it’s bigger than hair.
It’s about giving people the tools, education, inspiration, and opportunities to build careers they’re proud of, believe in themselves, and continue becoming the very best version of who they can be.
And getting to play even a small part in creating those opportunities for our team will never stop being one of my favorite things. 🤍
