Many people assume once construction starts, the builder handles everything. And while we manage the construction process, a successful build still requires good communication and timely decisions from the homeowner.

During construction you’ll be making decisions on things like:
• Cabinets and countertops
• Lighting and plumbing fixtures
• Paint colors and finishes
• Flooring and tile selections

When these decisions happen on schedule, the project keeps moving smoothly. When they’re delayed, it can slow down ordering, inspections, and installation. A good builder helps guide those decisions, so they happen at the right time, not all at once.

Cheers to 20 years!! 🥂It’s hard to believe it’s been that long, since I embarked on this journey. I was working at my dream job, newly married & just learned I was pregnant with my first child. Then the design firm I worked for (unexpectedly) closed their doors. And so it began…I’m grateful to have spent the past 20 + years doing what I love! Thank you for all your support! Here’s to many more beautiful spaces, fun collaborations & amazing clients! 💕 ♥️

This guest bath is a charming blend of comfort & whimsy- ensuring both couples & grandkids feel right at home. Open shelves keep towels within easy reach, while top mount sinks are perched on hearty quartz counters…in a palette of blues & greens (we love the Sherwin-Williams Comfort Gray vanities) and this fun patterned wall covering & grounded the space with herrringbone porcelain floors.
