About the Artist: Tinkering became a hobby of mine. I'd seek out objects that most would consider trash and repurpose them into functional, durable art and décor. I find inspiration everywhere I look but my work is highly influenced by steampunk style, early industrial age style, and a very raw rustic style. My mediums include pipes, gears, reclaimed wood, antiques, barn finds, and various metals.
I am compelled to stop at every yard sale, flea market, and junk pile on the side of the road to search for overlooked hidden treasures. When an idea comes to me now I fixate on it until I find the doodads, and thingamajigs required to bring my visions to life. Some projects I specialize in are building shelving, lighting fixtures, and clocks. I'll dabble in a bit of everything and am always open to suggestions and requests. I can make a mental blueprint for just about anything you can dream up.
