Easily my most asked question here is whether or not I do furniture, and clearly the answer there is yes I do (with a caveat)!
Furniture is bulky and expensive to produce and for the consumer to purchase. With the advent of Ikea and similar mass produced furniture pieces the cost of hardwood isn't always an easy thing to swallow. Being a small shop with limited space I am unable to make furniture without knowing it has a home to go to before buying even the first board. In this case I personally needed a new desk as I had outgrown mine and making something myself just seemed like the right call.
Shown is a 30"x 60" red grandis desk-top on a metal sit to stand desk bottom.
