My very first time making Mamaw's Buttermilk Biscuits! They tasted absolutely delicious and pure nostalgia, but they didn't turn out quite as fluffy and visually perfect as I wanted them to be.

A little over four months ago, our world flipped upside down when we discovered our home was infested with black mold. We had to pack up and move into a rental apartment, but it honestly became the biggest blessing in disguise. Now, we are officially in the process of building our dream home!

Our new property has so much space, so I'm spending this time learning how to garden and master canning so I am completely ready for next season. My fiancé makes way more than me, but I really want to pull my weight and contribute some extra cash to our house fund, which is exactly why I’m starting this page.
