Well in case you were wondering how you take down a field of flowers to move - you just do it, one row at a time! This entire field was dirt rows and flowers, just two months ago 😳

I stopped weeding after the flood and the grass started filling back in. Amazing, really.

The replacement dahlias are still on track to bloom, buds are appearing! 🤩

I have 4 new favorite celosias in the garden this year and this hot pink is☝🏻of them. Definitely saving seed!

To prepare - Two things happening this Saturday!

🌸 U-Cut Flowers! 🌸$10 per flower cup. 9:30am-10:30am.

The flowers are getting CUT DOWN so come enjoy the LAST Summer blooms!

🌱 Weeding Party 8:30-10:30am, and in the evening 7pm. I’m weeding so I can plant grass seed and put the garden back to lawn.

Message if you want to come out! Or honk in support as you drive by. I may miss the honking at the new place 😆

💛I have to say that having my flower stand out the past few weeks has brought me SO much joy. Growing flowers is very fulfilling in its own, but getting the chance to meet and talk with so many of you who stopped by for a bouquet, meant so much to me and was an entirely added level of joy for me! Thank you for stopping to say hi. I love the new friends this endeavor has brought me!

I also have a little news. Bell’s Florals will be moving locations just down the road. While the lot is smaller, nothing is changing for my business model or plans. That said, the LAST DAY for Summer flowers at the stand will be NEXT weekend 8/15 & 8/16. Come by for your last Summer today and next week!!

GOOD NEWS! My replacement dahlias are thriving. They will bloom Sep/October. They are gorgeous and cant wait to share them! Keep me in mind - I am taking orders for weddings. I also do wholesale stems and DIY floral buckets.
