Round Top always brings the vintage Christmas! This fabulous ornament wreath came home with me from Round Top, and y’all—the glorious colors, the sparkle, the sheer MORE of it all. I couldn’t leave her behind.

There’s something about vintage Christmas that brings back the magic: unboxing treasured ornaments, decorating with abandon, and making your home feel every bit as joyful as the season.

Hang her above a mantel, layer her over a mirror, or give her a spot where those beautiful colors can have their moment. A little nostalgic, wonderfully festive, and a whole lot of fabulous.

Y’all know I’m OBSESSED with needlepoint and antique furniture. So when the two are combined, I kind of freak out. Add a sweet little dog to the mix? Well, you can imagine..

Round Top never disappoints, and this fabulous antique Eastlake-style needlepoint bench is exactly why I keep going back.

Look at that spotted pup reclining on his red cushion, stitched into the warm brown needlepoint seat like he owns the place. As someone who loves dogs, I fully support giving them a permanent place in our decorating—and this fellow comes without the shedding.

Then there’s the beautifully aged burgundy velvet, twisted cord trim, richly figured wood panels, turned spindles, carved trestle feet, and that wonderful crossbar... And it opens for storage!! So much character in one petite piece of antique furniture.

It’s pure English country charm. Picture it beside blue and white toile, layered with chintz, antique paintings, and well-loved books. A little Ralph Lauren warmth and the kind of collected character that makes a home uniquely yours.

These are the Round Top finds that make my heart beat a little faster. Heirloom-worthy, useful, and positively full of personality.

🙋🏻‍♀️Right?! It's called balance… A collected home is built one antique at a time... preferably with a McDonald’s Diet Coke in hand.
Old silver, Staffordshire dogs, blue & white, a little gilt, something fabulous from an estate sale-and one gloriously CRISP Diet Coke.

This antique silverplate biscuit warmer brings all the English country charm—and the sort of detail that makes you stop, look, and then look again.

The beautifully patterned exterior, the decorative handle arching above it, the intricate base… every angle deserves its own little moment. And then you open it. Those wonderful pierced inner covers turn an already fabulous piece into a conversation starter.

Often called a folding biscuit box or bun warmer, this style belongs to the wonderfully elaborate world of afternoon tea, when even serving a little something sweet was an occasion.

And honestly? I’m very much in favor of bringing that energy back.

Imagine it beside blue and white transferware, embroidered linens, and your favorite antique teapot. Or displayed on a French chest, catching the light among the storied pieces that make a collected home uniquely yours. English country decorating, grandmillennial style, and a little everyday extravagance—all beautifully at home together.

One of my fabulous Round Top finds, ready for its next chapter.

Y’all know my love for vintage statuary knows no bounds…So you can imagine when I came across this fox at Round Top… he was an immediate ‘add to cart’🦊, lol

A little English country charm, a little Ralph Lauren, a whole lot of fantastic.

This handsome hand-painted cement fellow has wonderful detail and a delightfully chippy finish that makes him even more irresistible. Heavy and full of character, he’s exactly the kind of piece that brings personality to a collected home.

Picture him beside the hearth, beneath an entry table, or tucked among beautiful pots and greenery in a garden room. Add some old books, a little plaid, and you’ve got yourself quite the charming corner. 🤎

Round Top, you never disappoint. 🤠💚 From the fields to the beautifully layered booths, there’s always something that makes me stop—and this handsome fellow certainly did.

Meet “Drugstore Cowboy,” a signed oil painting by Suzanne Davis and one of the fabulous finds in my first Round Top haul!

Those warm golden-green tones, expressive brushwork, sweeping cowboy hat, and wonderfully assured gaze… all tucked inside an elegant gilt frame. And that cheeky title? Well, that just makes me love him more.

He’s the kind of piece that gives a collected home personality. Imagine him mixed with blue and white porcelain, rich wood, and a few treasured antiques—Texas charm with a little swagger.

Few people changed the way we think about our homes quite like Dorothy Draper. At a time when interiors were expected to be formal and restrained, she embraced bold color, oversized patterns, grand statements, and the belief that a home should bring joy to the people who live in it. Her influence is still woven throughout the design world today.

That philosophy feels right at home in the art of a collected home.

A collected home isn’t about following trends or playing it safe. It’s about surrounding yourself with pieces that spark a memory, start a conversation, or simply make you smile every time you walk through the room. Every antique, every garden treasure, every heirloom, and every unexpected find adds another layer to a life well lived.

Because decorating isn’t just about filling a space—it’s about creating a quality of life, one meaningful piece at a time.
