Business is going pretty good. We are looking to bring on a few more employees to help with the work load. This can either be part-time or full-time. All necessary tools are supplied, transportation is provided, work performance bonuses, PTO after 90 days, and yearly company fishing trips. Work schedule is Monday-Thursdays with occasional Fridays depending on work load.

No experience necessary (some construction experience would be beneficial)

Today marks 7 years in business. Who would have thought it would have lasted this long. It has definitely been a roller coaster, but I tell you what, I have enjoyed it. Spectrum Glass LLC of Liberty Hill is currently hiring for experienced and non-experienced glazier personnel. We specialize in custom commercial glazing projects. Great opportunity for a career. Training is provided for those who want to learn. Start as a helper and then learn and work your way up to project estimator and/or project management. For non-experienced individuals pay will start at $18.50 an hour. For experienced applicants pay starts at $26 an hour. Company tools to handle each project are supplied. Transportation to each project is provided. Ability to lift and handle 50+ pounds is standard in our profession. Valid driver’s license is a must. Paid PTO after 90 days, health insurance is supplemented, yearly hunting and fishing trips provided, safety bonuses and yearly performance bonuses provided. Today marks our 5th year anniversary of being in business. This journey has been incredible. I’d just like to thank everyone that has believed in me from the beginning. Normally I’d give a long winded speech, but I’m sure no one wants to hear that so I won’t… Thank y’all so much for the support, and here is to another 5 years..
