This September, we’re opening By Grace & Faith after hours for three Private Shopping Nights, with each evening reserved exclusively for one group.

Gather 10 or more of your favorite people and enjoy a relaxed evening of shopping, visiting, laughing and spending time together while you have the store all to yourselves.

Bring your Bible study group, bunco group, coworkers, neighborhood friends, moms’ group or simply the girlfriends you’re overdue for a night out with.

✨ Personal help with gifts, home décor and styling

💚 We're Growing Our Team at By Grace & Faith 💚

As By Grace & Faith continues to grow, I'm looking for the right person to come alongside us and become part of what we're building here.

This is a part-time, in-store position for someone who genuinely enjoys people, takes pride in doing things well, and truly understands that the little details matter.

I'm looking for someone who is warm and welcoming with customers, dependable, willing to take initiative, and comfortable jumping in wherever she's needed. Someone who enjoys making things beautiful, has an eye for displays, and would have fun taking photos and creating videos for social media.

You'll help with things like:

• Welcoming and helping customers
• Checkout and everyday store responsibilities
• Unpacking, tagging and putting out new products
• Keeping the store beautiful, organized and ready for customers
• Taking photos and creating social media content
• Helping with events, seasonal changes and all the things that come with running a small business

You don't need retail experience. I'm much more interested in finding someone with the right heart, work ethic and personality. I'm happy to teach the rest.

By Grace & Faith was created to help women create homes filled with faith, beauty and belonging, and I want the people who work here to reflect that same spirit through the way we care for our customers and our community.
