We have a mini swap treat for you on Sunday, May 31!! Beads + Jewelry and Tiny Cute Things Mini swap is finally here!!

THINK: the cutest, tiniest, shiniest things you've ever seen that make you want to make things 💖

We have some very special co-hosts:
Josie Parry from Cowgirls Hands and Bozeman Fashion Week. She is also an instructor at Studio Wheelhouse.
Roberta McCabe Connelly from the Craft Supply Swap and Community Shop! She makes glass-fused beads for Beads of Courage and continually reveals new skills and knowledge with us!!

HOW IT WORKS ✅
- Bring your donations on Swap Day 1-2pm OR drop them off early now through Saturday to Studio Wheelhouse in Bozeman or Creative Reuse Montana in Livingston - during open studio or shop hours is great!
- Our volunteers will arrange the donations so you can “shop” from what other people have donated
- Swap Day shopping happens 2-3pm for anyone who donated supplies and is open 3-4pm to everyone!! You do not have donate items to participate!
- Go home with new-to-you treasures and get to crafting!!

Please do not bring: dirty or broken items, anything moldy or smelly, super heavy items, items NOT in usable & sanitary condition, hazardous materials. Please be sure to: pack sharps in a labeled, hard-sided container, bring items in containers we can keep

All swap items are free. Open to all!

Fabric/Sewing Mini Craft Supply Swap is this weekend!! 🪡🧵 Saturday, May 2 - everything happens 1-4pm at 129 S. Main St. in Livingston. Bring supplies to share 1-2pm, early entry for donors 2:15-3pm, open to everyone 3-4!! You do not need to bring supplies to participate. Swap items are free!! (Our shop for between swaps - Creative Reuse Montana - is in the front of the building!). Come find supplies and your people!! Volunteer info and more on our website!

We’re so excited to welcome you to our home base at Creative Reuse Montana for Five Mini Craft Supply Swaps! 🧶
- Fiber/YARN!!! - Saturday, April 18
- Fabric, Sewing, Needlepoint, etc. - Saturday, May 2
- Artist Mediums and Paper Crafts - Saturday, May 16
- Beads and Jewelry + Tiny Cute Things - Sunday, May 31
- Teachers - Wednesday, June 10

Swap Schedule: 1-4pm
Donate Items: 1-2pm
Early entry for those who donate items: 2:15-3pm
Open to the public: 3-4pm

What is this?!
- Swap items are free.
- You do not have to bring supplies to participate in the Swap. Swappers do get to shop first.
- Please join us in the spirit of this event: to get materials into the hands of people who will use them, saving money and waste - no stashing.
- Items remaining after the swap will be redistributed through Creative Reuse Montana! We work hard to find a new home for every last supply. Some of the items may supply our community shop or be shared with local programs.

The 2026 Bozeman Spring Craft Supply Swap at Eagle Mount in numbers!! 🙌 We were delighted and amazed by the supplies the community shared last weekend, grateful to work with an amazing crew of volunteers, and excited to gather with our crafting community at the Swap at last weekend — and now we have some amazing numbers to share!! 🤩Thanks again to all the volunteers and swappers who made this possible!! 👏👏👏

Thank you to all who made the 2026 Bozeman Spring Craft Supply Swap possible!! The Swap is a community event in every sense and we LOVED seeing everyone come together to share craft supplies with each other in big and small ways!!!! Thank you especially to: and the Adaptive Arts Program, volunteers, .wheelhouse, , Alice at Second Hand Rose Thrift (Bozeman Senior Center), , , , .co, , veteran and new volunteers, and ALL OF THE SWAPPERS!!! We’ve had a wonderful crew of 19 new and veteran swap volunteers during early drop-offs!! THANK YOU for all of your incredible unpacking, sorting, and arranging — and connecting!! 🙌 Our volunteers took all your donations and found places for them all and are making them easy to browse!

You can still drop-off supplies on Swap Day and make someone’s day with your unused supplies:
Saturday, April 4 at

11am-12pm - Swap Day drop-offs
12:30-1:30pm - “shopping” open to swappers
1:30-3:30pm - “shopping” open to all
3-4pm - “shopping” encouraged for programs and groups - send your volunteers and staff to “shop” for free supplies for your programs!

Behind every great event and organization is at least one great spreadsheet gurus. The Craft Supply Swap is lucky enough to have TWO spreadsheet gurus! Shout out to Roberta and Emily for their expertise and passion for spreadsheets to help organize and measure the success of the Swap!
