I create simple bedding ensembles for occupied home staging clients that feel elevated ✨ and are easy to reset for an Open House.

The client’s bedding had 2 small scale patterns competing together, so I replaced 1 with a white comforter which photographs sharp for the online listing, and added 2 accent pillows to add more softness to the wood headboard. 🛏️

I curated an herb garden 🪴 while staging this kitchen. It’s aspirational for many cooks of a family, so utilize staging to help your homebuyers dream a bit more.

💡🏡Tip: Tuck away the everyday items when sellers are living there, & sell the special moments that “could be” so someone will they buy house!

Can you feel the melodic lines in this rug design? 🎵 I selected this for my client’s music room/ home office because of the visual movement of the intersecting arches. It picks up on the warm wood tones of her furniture and pops with the string instruments in the inspiration artwork that my client already owns. Stay tuned! 😉🎶

Enjoy a mini-house tour of my new occupied staging project in Long Beach 🏡 The orangey-red and blue color scheme is inspired from the existing furniture, and I freshened it up with crisp white accents and lush greenery. Can you feel the resort vibes in this vintage home?
