Not much accomplished today other than to fit the neck to its pocket and take measurements to determine where to attach the fret board to the underlying neck. The fretboard has four locations over a half inch where the fret board can be pinned to the neck. There's some geometry involved depending on where the bridge (the black thing) will be mounted and every bridge is a little different. There are adjustments to cover variables, but I like to set them all to the middle of their adjustment range and try to get that fretboard as close to being "on the nut" as possible.

Happy Accident Day! After I routed off the scraps that were left after CNC cutout work, I meant to use the trim router with a 1/8" round over bit to smooth the sharp edge between the top and sides, but put the wrong bit into the router and tore into it...Oops. The bit I used was an ogee or S bit which ended up digging into the front lamination made of Sapele. Hey! It looks pretty good! Like Bob Ross says, a happy accident.

Fret Day... Today I did the same kinda finishing work on the neck that I did on the body yesterday. Following that, I installed the frets. Cleaning up the ends of the frets is still to be done.
