Greetings Boulder & Weld county!
We have a surprise!
We’re celebrating our grand opening.
by Michael Paulson & Services and Such LLC on June 10th 2024
With an open heart and ambitions as vibrant as Colorado, we’re happy to announce our grand opening of “Services and Such”. We’re a small local-driven business located in Longmont, Colorado. We absolutely love the beautiful, ever-changing, ever-evolving and welcoming communities and people in this state and hope to contribute to it.
Services and Such is a company designed around specialized home care and maintenance to help you out with all those chores and tasks you don’t have the time for – or other companies just don’t provide a service for.
Keep reading, to discover what services we can provide and what our mission is!
Window Cleaning
Not just your average window cleaning.
The window cleaning service we provide is restoration level or like-new depending on the service you’re looking for. The glass is just the cherry on top! We focus all of our attention on the entirety of the window; this means the frame, sills, tracks and locks are all cleaned in and out – to shine like new.
Gutter Maintenance
Let’s make your gutters function flawlessly again!
Gutters tend to be another overlooked home chore that after a while requires some maintenance. Besides emptying all the gutters, clearing downspouts and cleaning up any debris in soffits or post cleaning. We’ll also rinse them, check all the connection points for leaks to repair and re-level them so they’re working perfectly again.
Pressure Washing
Pressure washing can make all your outside areas as vibrant as the views.
Pressure washing is a sure-fire way to make curb appeal really pop. Perfect solution for removing most stains and blemishes from the siding of your home, patios, decks, entry area, garage and cement around your home. Say goodbye to the wear and wash of seasons and pesky critter nests, we’ll make your entire property look new.
Screen cleaning and repair
Don’t let your screens fall apart, or be neglected.
We offer diligent screen care for sliding doors, screen-doors, and all the windows. If you want to let in fresh air during those cool nights don’t let it also invite bugs in because your screen is broken, or dirt and dust because it’s dirtier than the window. We can fully replace most screens and liners, while also giving the screens a clean as thorough as your windows.
Window Wells
Your window wells shouldn’t be a compost.
Having a clean window is great, but we can go the extra mile when it comes to your basement, especially those window wells. Why just enhance the view of cobwebs, leaves and other debris when we offer to clean out the window well too. If you're interested in installing window well "wall paper" we can do that too!
Solar Panel Cleaning
Maximizing your solar panels is easier when your panels are clean.
Solar panels are exposed to the elements and no matter what brand or company you use they need maintenance too. We offer to clean all the dirt, pollen and debris off your panels with a gentle scrub and rinse. We can also remove any leaves or critter nests made underneath or around them as well. So you can maximize the alternative source of energy to its full potential and avoid any damage to them from prolonged neglect.
We are striving to be a premium service & more.
We take the utmost pride in our work and the opportunities afforded to us by having amazing clientele and peers who forged a path for us to expand and grow on.
