Chasing a bit of chinoiserie fantasy for this one. Layering soft sage greens, rich textures, and delicate hand-painted wallcovering that still feels completely at home against the coast.

The brief for this home included just one line we haven’t stopped thinking about: “Damn that’s cool.” We followed the directive, starting right here with this powder room.

Every element in this room was chosen to lean into that bold, elevated vibe:

• A statement-making marble slab crafted into a floating vanity.

• Shimmering silver sisal wall-covering wrapping the walls in rich texture.

• Ethereal alabaster sconces adding a soft, sculptural glow.

Imagine a dining room that stops your guests at the door. I love creating that kind of atmosphere through intentional detail.

A hand-painted mural wallcovering acts as immersive art. A custom banquette, set in a rich color story, echoes the walls. A cluster of hand-blown crystal pendants dangles like jewelry over the table.

Fashionable enough to appreciate the beauty of the room, functional enough to pull up a chair, pour something good from the bar cart, and turn an ordinary evening into something special.

Because where better to create memories with the people you love than over a shared meal, in a room designed to be unforgettable. 🤍✨

A look at the journey from the workroom floor to the finished bedroom!

The visual story started with a pair of hand-painted lamps from an artisan in Sicily — love at first sight. They steered the palette for every textile choice that followed: Clarence House pagoda print, rich green velvet — pulled together long before a single stitch went in.

Then it becomes something: velvet becomes a bed, prints become pillows, and the lamps that shaped it all end up exactly where they belong. Finished with a delicate Tabriz rug and a Venetian chandelier, creating a feeling of worldly fantasy.

Art, wine, and history at the Getty Villa 🏛️✨

Spent Saturday evening at “Bacchus Uncorked: A Roman Dinner Party Lost at Sea.” Learned what an ancient Roman dinner party entailed, all revealed through shipwreck archaeology showcasing luxury objects sourced from around the Mediterranean — followed by a sommelier-led tasting of wines connected to those very regions, and gallery viewing. Pure inspiration on every level 🍷.
