I’ve landed on my current favorite soirée dish: Sh*take Mushroom + Garlic + Parm Vol au Vents.
effortless + elegant!
I gravitate towards anything mushroom and this hit the best notes!

• Cut your puff pastry into 12 section.
• spread with herbed cream cheese (I added in my French garden thyme but I’m sure any herb would work)
• drizzle parchment with your best EVOO
• sprinkle with fresh rosemary, Kosher salt, Tellicherry Pepper
• place a mushroom cap into your “sections”. I eyeball it.
• pinches of Parmesan shreds
• place puff pastry, cream cheese side down.
• brush with whisked egg
• bake 425 for 20 min.

Serve warm or make ahead! I made it four hours before my event and it was 👩🏻‍🍳 💋.
